Red Hat Forum 2017 to be held in HK

Red Hat Forum 2017 to be held in HKRed Hat is holding its Red Hat Forum 2017 in Hong Kong later this month to explore the latest and hottest industry trends including open hybrid cloud, big data and DevOps.

This year's forum's overarching theme is the impact of the individual on open source innovation, Red Hat said.

The day-long event at the Mira Hong Kong in Tsim Sha Tsui will feature presentations on key industry trends and solutions, user case studies addressing common critical pain points, live on-stage demonstrations and discssions on real-world strategies and solutions.

Featured Red Hat speakers will include regional director for Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and South China Peter Man, cloud business development director for APAC Anirban Mukherjee and director of AppDev solutions for Singapore Benjamin Henshall.

Other speakers include Red Hat GM for virtualization Radhesh Balakrishnan, solution architect manager for Hong Kong and Taiwan Albert Law, senior solution architects Frankie Ng and Radar Lui  and solutions architects Dennis Chan and Wilson Choi.

Scheduled sessions cover both business and technology focused topics. These topics include automating and managing a hybrid cloud, hosting cloud native apps, an introduction to containers, agile integration and transforming enterprise applications.
